Good therapist but platform could use improvements or lower prices
My therapist is great but the platform is a bit buggy and we have had some technical issues. Also feel like they are missing out on some features that could be added like a goals section or reminders of key points. I would have given higher marks but I am discouraged by the 30% price hike on individual sessions especially when many people are concerned with financial scarcity as a result of the pandemic and getting price gouged for life necessities. What's worse is they give no indication for the huge increase. People's paycheques are not going up by 30%.

Was a great service at affordable prices. My therapist was so helpful. I can no longer afford the service after their price increase, unfortunately.

Hesitant at first
Hesitant at first to try 'online' counselling, Brady completely won me over. He has a special approach that I've never experienced, accepting me as I am while helping me build my self-worth, not only objectively but very thoughtfully. I have truly come out a new, stronger me.
Always on-time, professional and superbly affordable. I highly recommend Wellin5 and particularly... Brady :)

BUT
The price increase has made it unaffordable. I am no longer a client
Extremely disappointing in the increase since mental health illness’s are sky rocketing.

In regards to the price increase, Wellin5 has held the same price point since launching in 2018. While we considered changing our pricing at the beginning of 2021, we continued this pricing through COVID-19 out of consideration for our counsellors and clients.
The recent change to our pricing was taken with careful consideration and we believe this change will allow us to improve the platform whilst still providing a competitive rate i.e. Canadian licensing bodies recommend $100-$120 per 60 minute session.
We sincerely hope this brings clarity and apologize for any inconvenience this change has caused. One of our team members has reached out to you directly to follow up.

Used to be a good service, but now gouging it’s client base.
Used to be a good service, even though the platform always left a lot to be desired. Now they just announce a 30% price hike for individual sessions (unclear if any of it will go to the therapists). I wanted to support a Canadian business, but I may just go elsewhere now.

Worth Every Penny & More
I've never felt better about myself. Brady helped me build my self-esteem and overall wellbeing in the midst of a divorce - while I was building a business and single parenting a 4-month-old. I really can't say enough about it. If you're on the fence, give it a try! (And ask for Brady! He's unreal.)

Love this service!
This is a wonderful service - its affordable, easy to use, and (at least for me) effective. I have used several other online therapy services and have attended in-person therapy as well, and this is absolutely what has worked best for me.
