Wonderful contents to the box, recipient loved it. Set up was a bit complicated as I was only sending one box and had to purchase in one place and then separately indicate who I was sending it to. I filled in one persons info and kept getting an error that I couldn't only sent to one person...which is what I was doing. I eventually got it to work. I think it works better for sending to many people than for one but I got there in the end. This was my second time purchasing from WellBox and I will do so again

We use WellBox for various team incentives and recognition. As a busy admin, I like the "send a redemption link" feature because it cuts down on time spent filling out contact details and addresses. Especially during onboarding, I can ensure team members receive items they actually want and that the address will be correct.

The variety of gifts is incredible. I have found items for maternity & paternity, bereavement, onboarding, and general recognition. Having all these combined under one service is incredibly helpful.

Payment is easy and secure via Stripe.

One minor suggestion for further improvement would be working with different shipping providers. Royal Mail isn't the best when it comes to international shipping.

I was impressed with the fast delivery and the vegan chocolate gift was well received.

As a first time customer, I wont be a returning one. Brought a giftcard for a friend who had just moved home, everything was fine I sent the link to my friend and then was notifed days later that I was being refunded. When I emailed to ask why they told me they had tried to get in contact with me because the transaction was flagged as fraudulent, this is complete lies because I have to log into my banking app to approve transactions also they didnt try and contact me because why did I receive the email to say I was being refunded but nothing before then to state an issue. Appalling customer service from a company that is meant to be a gifting service!

The boxes are gorgeous and really well priced for everything that comes in them and the quality of the items. I love that they donate some proceeds to charity. The sleep spray leaked all over the box which was a bit disappointing but obviously not the end of the world. I emailed just for a spray replacement and they sent me a wonderful apology replacement and it was so thoughtful. The customer service is fantastic and kind and the postage is fast!!

Very responsive, turned out an order very quickly for the following week.
The giftboxes were a real hit.

Ordered a WellBox as a Christmas gift for my business partner and she loved it!

The website design was excellent, with items clearly listed and a wide range of dietary requirements considered for food gifts. Delivery was fast (around 3-5 days during the Christmas period), and our recipients loved the gifts.

Great gift ideas for teams and super easy to get them bulk delivered to individual addresses, especially for teams that are spread across the UK and working virtually. Also loved being able to donate to charity. The customer service team, once you can find how to contact them were also super friendly. I didn't realise there was a template to upload addresses, once this was pointed out the process was really straight forward.
