Welinora is a Scam
**Title: Missing Package, Promised Refund Never Received, and Repeated Generic Responses**
My experience with Welinora has been extremely frustrating, and I would urge other shoppers to be cautious.
My order was marked as delivered, but I never received the package. I checked around my home, contacted neighbors, and reviewed my available security camera footage, but I could not locate it.
When I contacted customer service, I was offered several partial refunds, which I declined because I wanted a full refund for merchandise I never received. Welinora eventually agreed in writing to issue a **full refund of $38.99**.
Unfortunately, getting that refund has been a nightmare.
I have contacted customer service repeatedly and allowed time for the refund to be processed. Instead of providing a refund transaction number, a confirmed processing date, or proof that the money was actually sent, I keep receiving essentially the same generic response about bank delays, high transaction volumes, and the company's payment processor.
I even offered alternative payment options to help resolve the matter, but the company continued referring me back to its original payment method policy without providing the transaction details I need to trace the refund.
What disappoints me most is the lack of accountability. A company should not promise a full refund and then repeatedly ask a customer to be patient without providing clear, verifiable information about what has happened to the money.
As of October 19, 2026, **I still have not received my promised $38.99 refund**, and the issue remains unresolved.
I have kept the email correspondence documenting the refund promise and my repeated attempts to resolve this directly with customer service. I am now pursuing other available options to recover my money.
Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with Welinora's handling of missing merchandise and its refund process. I hope the company finally honors its commitment, but until this is resolved, I cannot recommend shopping with them.
**Buyers should keep their order confirmations, tracking details, and all customer service correspondence.** My experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and far from the customer service I expected.
