J ai commandé début septembre une chaise haute sur leur site en payant via Paypal. Marqué en attente depuis plus de 10 jours , sans information (délais de livraison, envoi prévu, aucune réponse téléphonique, aucune reponse mail, ni dialogue ect ... ) j ai donc fait un signalement à PayPal. Instantanément j ai reçu des mails de réponse ( à traduire ) me disant que je n aurai pas dû faire de signalement, que j avais pas été patiente... bref aucune excuse de leur part,ni même délicatesse. Cependant le statut de ma commande avait changé, le lendemain j ai reçu un numéro de colis, j ai finalement été livré dans la semaine par DPD. Livraison prévu le samedi. Vendredi matin message votre colis arrivera aujourd'hui entre 14h et 17h. Colis livré à 12h30.. bref heureusement j étais chez moi. Autrement colis arrivé abîmé, mais après vérification conforme à ma commande.

Je ne renouvellerai donc pas mes achats sur ce site. Et je ne le recommanderai pas non plus au vue du manquement de communication et de la tournure de livraison

This is literally the worst retailer I have had the misfortune of dealing with.

Sent the buggy and carrycot I ordered 2 months late, the carrycot they sent was defective. I raised the issue and they said they'd send a replacement. I waited a further month and the replacement they sent was an incorrect model. By this time (over three months since initial purchase) my baby had been born and I had to buy a buggy elsewhere as I was still without a functioning buggy.
Refused a refund unless I shipped everything back to Italy at my expense. The never refunded the import VAT and just stole this as I started a claim from my credit card which they rejected.
Unprofessional and down right criminal. If you want to purchase something from thieves, this is the place.

I purchased a booster seat for my 8yr old and I was given a 15day delivery timeframe. After 15 days I contacted them asking for the tracking number. They then told me when I purchased I should have noticed it was out of stock but they are waiting for stock to arrive. I went on to the site and the item is still being sold as if they had stock. I let them know that the item still displays stock. They replied saying In A week I will receive my tracking number.It has been a month now I have still not received a tracking number.

I eventually received my tracking number on the 6th of September after placing my order the 1st of August. The delivery time was said to be 15 days.

I am now in the process of waiting for the delivery of the item.

They are thieves! Everything they say and promise is total bull#@*%!
I placed an order for a car seat for close to 3 months ago and they kept coming up with all kinds of excuses and then stopped responding.
I'll happily spend more money now to make sure that everyone knows about them and to spread the word about this scammer site.

They sold me a baby car chair that doesn't meet Australian Standards (which I only realised after the sale). This was despite me explaining that I lived in Australia prior to the sale. I tried to contact them many times after the sale and they just ignored me (despite being very willing to communicate prior to the sale). I still haven't received the car seat or a refund ($720). I had to lodge a transaction dispute with my bank.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews here... but absolutely no need to do so product was exactly as described, send by tracked EMS express international post and customer service was excellent responding to all of my nervous messages (having read negative reviews) within 48 hours even on weekends.

To anyone complaining about customs charges... I would suggest its vital to understand the duty laws in your own country before ordering anything from overseas, I did and had no surprises as my order was less than AUD1000.

Only area for improvement, it appears Welcome MrBsaby does not hold the goods they advertise in stock as it took them from 22/6 order until 7/7 to ship item to me, as I understand they had to source the item from their supplier first. Item finally received in Australia 20/7. Not bad delivery time to the other side of the world but not the 10-15 days specified on the website due to the delay in shipping to me. This could be better explained to customers before ordering to set better expectations.

Overall a positive experience and I will most definitely consider future purchases from Welcomemrbaby

I purchased a stroller in September 2021, paid both Italy and UK duties, and was told I would get my Italy VAT refund in a few weeks. Now it is June 2022, and I still haven’t gotten my VAT refund back!!! I have contacted the merchant many times and the excuse was that it hasn’t received paperwork from UK custom. In any circumstances, it should not take more than nine months to get the paperwork back! So think twice when you order from this website, I effectively paid 22% more for the stroller which made it more expensive and time consuming than ordering it in the UK.
******This company repeatedly requested this review to be removed from Trustpilot, claiming that I have reviewed the wrong merchant. This is a correct review, and up to this date (July 2022) I still have not received my Italy VAT refund. So again, DO NOT BUY from this website if you want to ship to the UK!!!!

I am so dissapointed! I made my order on 23th of March and received an email with my order details and this: "Thank you for your interest in Welcomemrbaby! products. Your order has been received and it will be processed in a few hours." I waited few days and emailed them for updates for delivery info, because I didn't received anything else from them. And their response was :" As I am sure you noticed when you placed your order, the colours were not immediately available. Please allow a few days for us to receive the product from the manufacturer. We will forward it to you the very same day, thank you." When I made my order had availability and you didn't have choise for colors. I ask them for info, because I ordered from them 2 baby items for 308£ and payed to them, I don't care the manufacturer. They have to give us updates and info. But when I started to write on WhatsApp with questions about my order updates and asking about delivery and told them about all of the reviews which I saw here after my order they just stoped to answer. How it's possible this? Why you are so incorrect Welcomemrbaby? We are parents or future parents and we need this items and this money! Shame on you! And do something!

And near month of waiting for response and update for delivery I asked for refund my bank, because welcomemrbaby.com didn't give me an answer!

Same experience as everyone else, seems they have a stock standard script for their scam. Stupidly I didn’t check here before my purchase, massive mistake. Out of pocket 100,s of dollars, just what you need when pregnant. These people should be ashamed.

if I could upload screen shots of your “help desk” I would. However this is the first time I’ve been notified it’s “shipped” but yet I still don’t have any TRACKING information even after requested, no response to my help desk requests or emails…Seems you only take action if someone reviews you badly. Send me this so called shipping information.

I just received my Maxi Cosi baby swing and I am absolutely delighted with it.
I had searched the web specifically for this model, because I could not easily retrieve in my hometown near Topeka, Kansas.
The package arrived in a reasonable timeframe and in perfect condition.
Honestly I was expecting to be charged much more for shipment!

Probably it was my most disappointing shopping ever. I ordered 01.01.2022 upholster cover for Peg Perego Siesta in orange color for my daughter . 20.01.2022 my order was finally shipped and that time I also got a notification from shop that I will have to pay some taxes , but no worries , after you pay and we get the enclosure papers we will refund you 22% of Italian VAT (now they write this info on their site , but when I was making my order there was no mentioning about some taxes or kind of that). Company also urged that if I don’t pay the taxes my item will be send back and I will Cover delivery expenses . Ofc I believed them and paid that taxes ( so I paid 65£ for cover and 40£ taxes).
So, 27.01.2022 I got my order in wrong color , it was green ( to my luck it was also one of my unfavorable color). So I wrote the ticket to the company with question about it and about my tax refund .
For the first couple of times they answered on my letters . told me I have to be patient , that I will get a refund for taxes soon , that they asked their warehouse what is the reason to send me wrong item ( there actually can’t be any reason except their carelessness, because if there was no right color they had to ask me if I want another one ). And probably for about one month they don’t answer me at all , of course there is no reasonable explanation about wrong color , no money.
Today is 22.03.2022 . And no improvement of this situation. I hope people before purchase something from this shop will try to find some information or reviews about their service , and hope they will find my experience is helpful .

today is 21.04.2022 and no improvement. This company is obvious fraud . Be careful . Don’t make same mistake as I did

Super customer service! I have been looking everywhere for jane products, not at all availabke in The US. Welcome Mr baby was the only only company willing to ship to me, with the product I wanted at a really really great price. I was nervous based on reviews and because they were the only place agreeing to ship, I couldn't believe it would happen..they responded to my concerns by whatsapp, even tweaked my order at my request and kept in contact with me the whole way, updating me on progress. It did take about 2 months to arrive, but I was kept up to date by customer care and it makes sense in today's covid climate.

The product arrived with a defect (no fault of welcome Mr baby) from the manufacturer. I reached out to Mr baby to see if they can send a replacement part and I will update on how that goes!
5 stars plus plus if they send that part. Only giving 4 stars because of the defect, the customer care and service have been great, and I will update what happens with the past needed.

All in all great company, amazing products and shipping policies, and excellent customer service, especially oversease

Welcomemrbaby is PHENOMENAL! It was extremely easy to find exactly what I was looking for and order it. The delivery was on time and the stroller was as described on the site. Through whatsapp they always reassured me during the after-sales service. They even included a gift for our little one. I highly recommend you try them !!

I am pleased to positively report this website because my purchase experience was surprisingly satisfactory.
I was initially misled by some negative reviews but my Nania car seat arrived in good condition, within a resonable timeframe (it was not immediately available), and I received reassurance via email everytime I reached out to get an update.
Frankly I can't complain about anything.
