Matt was absolutely spot on with his service fast and prompt. Really looking forward to seeing our garments ready for Yorkshire Warrior 2019! Will use again for sure when we have any further events come up.

DPP is brilliant to work with! Very professional and was happy to help with the amendments to the football T shirts we ordered, sent a new example picture each time. They even offered to send a sample of the material out so we could make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The end result is fantastic, thank you James!

Lovely thank you cards for my little boy, reasonably priced and super fast turn around!thanks guys!

We use DPP a lot at The Leadmill and are always pleased with the quality and service!

Very impressed with the service and product from this company. Communication was excellent and turn around time also very good. Matt is easy to get hold of, responsive to requests and a good communicator. I was very pleased with design too, perfect for the target audience we were aiming at. Would definitely use again!

Throughout the design process, James was always eager to accommodate my budget and design ideas. I received samples and multiple mockups, which allowed me to feel confident that I would receive good quality products. James and his team outdid their selves, as the travel cup exceed my expectations! I could not fault any part of James' customer service or the products I received. I would highly recommend their services to SMEs.

The reason I came to direct print is because I was looking for somewhere that wasn’t as far to travel to. My previous printing company was in Darley Dale and it was a long way to fetch the uniform, especially when something would be wrong and I’d have to drive all the way back out again to sort it. They didn’t have a delivery option either!

I run a musical theatre company in chesterfield and I wanted to find a new company that could supply us with a range of garments for our merch, that was more accessible!

My partner is friends with James and he recommended I tried his company! I emailed James and we started discussing the different types of garments I was after and he helped me choose the best ones for my company!

James sent me the online catalogue and I sent pictures of the things I wanted via email and he gave me a price for them all. James kept me informed of everything such as how the image would print on the garments and what would be the best way to do it. I tend to ask a lot of questions to make sure everything is just how I want it so we can avoid any mistakes and James was very easy to talk to!

My favourite part of the process was choosing the garments! I had to find children and adult versions that were similar due to the range of sizes and ages I have in my company and James helped me find matching items.

I wouldn’t say there’s anything that could be done differently. I was sent my sales orders and proofs by Emily every time that something was added or changed and that was helpful to keep an eye on my order! I liked seeing the proofs too as I could then use these for advertising the items to my students. A visual proof always entices students more!

Such a great company, who will always get back to you ASAP and will answer any questions! Not only do we have a happy teacher, there are lots and lots of happy students!

Worked with Matt to get a set of t-shirts printed for a Hen Do. He was always quick to reply, friendly in his communication and really helpful when coming up with the design. Would highly recommend this company and would use again in the future.

Would highly recommend DirectPrint to people. I am part of a society at University of Sheffield and have worked with them on 2 different personalised orders, their knowledge on engraving was unbelievable. The service they provided was friendly and helpful ensuring we were getting a professional look to our personalisation, giving advice on the details that would and wouldn’t show so we were able to get the detail we required.

I've received a number of customised products from DPP. The service is always high quality, efficient and timely. Would recommend to anyone.

Needed some new tracksuits for our football team. DPP gave us a quote, designed the items to our specifications and delivered them to us in a very short time frame. Quality service and very pleased with the end product, would highly recommend.

Always reliable, great on price, quality and service. Highly recommended.

Legacy Silverware use DPP for all our corporate branding of clothing and packaging - really great service and nice guys to deal with!

Excellent business cards made for me, great quality and exceptional service throughout.

Amazing work carried out, lovely people, great prices and products, would recommend

We used DPP for pop up banners, we call them pictures on sticks but they knew what we meant and delivered quality products quickly at a competitive price. Excellent service.

I used direct print for some T-shirt’s for a dance company i was working with out in South Africa, Matthew there was really helpful and ensured that the T-shirt’s and the design were exactly how I had asked for them to be. I also got one for myself and I have worn it loads and washed it lots too and it’s still in good nick. The T-shirt’s were ready so quickly and the dance team loved them! Thank you Matthew at Direct print for an excellent service.
