I never even heard of cost segregation before, but after complaining to a friend that I wasn’t looking forward to this tax season because the last couple of years have been rough for my business, she told me about it. I went into it skeptical because for me most of the time when something’s too good to be true, it is. But after completing the study on my commercial property, the savings by far exceeded my expectations.
The turnaround time was just three days, which is almost unheard of in this space. The report was detailed, professional, and easy for my CPA to work with.
If you own commercial real estate, this is definitely something you should look into.
