Excellent pre-sales support from Tanvir :) Answered everything I needed to know and very quickly and professionally too.

I had a great experience with the online chat. I get feedback very quickly from a real person which understands my needs and tries to help me also with a tech. the issue already opened.

Speed at which queries are resolved should be improved. Also the wait time to get someone to attend should be reduced. Finally queries do get resolved as team is knowledgeable and has much needed patience.

Nice change to have someone who uses kind language when emailing a customer. Sure, a tech question needs a tech answer, but the human touch helps, especially, as in this case, it's not an answer that helps because the product itself does not have a needed option. Good on ya, Ehsanul Abrar,
