Julie was incredible. Made me feel really comfortable and made sure I was happy with everything. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Amber and Deb were fantastic in helping me make such an important decision today. Amber was warm, friendly and took so much time to make sure I was comfortable and happy in the process. Deb helped to focus the vision I was trying to recreate with helpful suggestions.

It can be so hard staring at yourself in a mirror for two hours and not being sure if you've found "the one", but Amber helped me to slowly put the vision I had in my heart together and I've come out with a beautiful dress that I never expected to love but truly do.

My daughter came away with the most amazing dress, all the trimmings and a bundle of joy!
Karen dressed her with such insight and knowledge, sensitivity and enthusiasm. She felt like the most important person to the team and was treated with such kindness, patience and respect
We were welcomed and instantly put at ease by Karen, Jamie and Abby who made the appointment nothing but memorable and joyous
They gave all of their time and expertise freely and it made for a wonderful experience

We arrived at 2pm and were told that we needed a consultant to try on bridesmaid dresses (one bridesmaid) and there were no consultants available for the rest of the day; we were only allowed to look at the dresses. We would have booked an appointment prior but they operate on walk-ins only so we left empty handed. Disappointing and a waste of our time.

No need for an appointment, the girls who worked on the day of my visit are amazing!! Special thanks to Amber, so much patience and great photo/video skills!! Thank you so much!

Karon was so professional and a fabulous assistant the bride, knew exactly what the bride was looking for and provided a fabulous experience! Xx

Staff were very helpful, getting different dresses and different styles for me to try on . I was only there for a short time and tried on at least 4 dresses. I loved the experience and I found my special dress.

Came in last week to find my wedding dress, this was the first place I went to. Had Abi as my bridal consultant. Could not fault her, she explained the entire process. Her bubbly personality put my nerves at ease straight away. She is a absolute credit to the company. Listened to what I was looking for, and we manage to say yes to the dress after trying on the 2nd! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a dress. ❤️

I can’t put into words how Amber made me feel!! I walked into store so nervous with 6 of my family (bridesmaids, mum’s). From the moment I walked into the Liverpool store Amber made me feel so at ease, my mum cried at her before a dress was even pulled haha!!
She honestly made what I thought would be a stressful experience, THE most magical (I know that sounds cringe).
I found MY DRESS, 3rd one I tried on!

From walking in the door I was greeted and instantly felt at ease.
Amber was spectacular, asked questions on what I liked and somehow pulled out a dress that ticked every box. Amber then brought the wild card dress and I fell in love with it. She knows her wedding dresses!
