Mr. Evans was professional, friendly, thorough and honest. I appreciated his full disclosure on all items we discussed. He took his time checking the car and we received a check in a short period of time. My car was in my deceased husband's name and mine so there was extra steps involved but everything went smoothly.

At every level of the process, I felt that I was talking to a friend. My overall impression is that I was working with a gracious, helpful and honest business.

Overall good experience, slow to pick-up.
Great experience for the eval and paperwork, the problem was with the vehicle pick-up, which isn’t necessarily your issue but for the fact that the seller has to sit and wait for days until the yard picks up the vehicle. I understand the buyer has to wait for the third party tower, but 3 days and a 10:30pm pick-up seems a little excessive. Overall, would work with buyer again. Estimator was excellent as well.

I had an excellent experience selling my car here. This was my first time selling a car and I was worried that it would be stressful but Sy-heed was very friendly and the whole process was easy. I would definitely recommend selling your car here.

Had a 9 o’clock appointment
Had a 9 o’clock appointment, sales rep calls at 9:05 saying he will be 30 minutes late. That is very unprofessional and poor business, will never work with them again.

We understand our customers value their time and we apologize if we were running late to an appointment. While we always try to be prompt and offer fast, efficient service there are, on occasions, factors outside of our power that we simply can't control. If we are coming to your home, for instance, an accident or road closure could impact arrival time.
Without being able to see the details, it does sound like we were trying to be transparent and upfront, making sure to alert you as soon as we identified a delay. We understand our customers may not be able to keep the appointment on the rare occasion a delay does occur, but we'll always do our absolute best to reschedule and be flexible to our customers' requirements.
Our leadership team would love to investigate, connect with you directly and address your concerns. Customer service is our top priority, and we'll do whatever we can to give you the positive outcome all our customers deserve.
