I had a car that I had been trying to get rid of forever. I went to CarMax first, but was not satisfied with the offered amount. Then I came to webuyanycar.com and they worked with me. They even had my car valued higher than any place I had been to. Ms. TJ gave me an initial offer that would not work for me and then extended another offer that I could work with. Once the offer was approved, I was able to handle the rest right there on the spot. I am very satisfied for the service I received.

Great experience
They gave the best online quote and after a thorough inspection of my vehicle they honored the quote. The whole process took a little less than an hour, from walking in the door with title in hand to walking out with a check. Very good experience.

Selling your car should take about an hour but I see from our records that you were in branch for about 45 minutes longer than our target time. We know time is valuable to our customers which is why we monitor the time it takes to sell carefully to make sure we are setting the right expectations. Clearly here we fell way short on what we promised and we're sorry.
