Thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com to sell your 2013 Cadillac XTS. We're glad to hear you had a positive customer service experience with Cheryl at our Union, OH location. However, you deserve an overall 5-star experience, and we’re sorry to learn that was not the case.
Our Leadership Team has tried contacting you personally several times to see if there is anything we can do to improve your experience with We Buy Any Car. You should have received voicemails and emails from Area Manager, Glenn. Please respond to Glenn so we can address your concerns and give you a positive outcome.
Unfortunately, our appraisal revealed a few issues with the vehicle. Mechanically, the check engine and traction control lights were illuminated, and running diagnostics on the car revealed the following engine and drivetrain fault codes:
- P0575 (Cruise Control Input Circuit)
- P0700 (Transmission Control System Malfunction)
In addition, the CARFAX revealed that the vehicle had been involved in an accident that was reported by police on 2/22/2019.
We have to take these factors into account when calculating the resale value before making a final offer. We're pleased we were able to make you an offer in line with the vehicle's condition that you were happy to accept at the time but sorry to learn that you are now unhappy.
It's more important to us that you leave a happy customer than make a few hundred dollars and we'll be happy to do the right thing to give you the five-star customer service outcome you deserve and should expect when you choose to sell your vehicle to webuyanycar.com.
