The process is pretty straightforward and efficient (easy to make an appt., great location, friendly staff, review of paperwork, evaluation of the car) but the price negotiation process still leaves one feeling uncomfortable. We did not get as much as we wanted for the car and are unhappy about that.

Great price over what dealer was offering on trade.
