Excellent Customer Service
Parris was great and everything was generally as advertised. Done in about an hour. As with all used car online valuation services, the actual price after in-person review is lower, but was still more than fair. Parris was very flexible. Far better pricing and more convenient than their competitor with the vending machine. :)

The manager of the Glenshaw site was great to work with and was able to make the deal happen despite some initial hurdles with the POA paperwork. Fair price and fairly easy process.

Selling my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta
11/22 update I was told the Kevin responding to my review isn't even a sales rep from Webuyanycar they are just customer service reps trying to recover the situation without even knowing the situation. Also they made no effort to rectify the situation just cold e-mails and empty promises this can be sorted out with just a phone call, Avoid them if you can
Review for the glenshaw location online quoted me $1,300 representative called and I was very transparent telling them of issues again was quoted less for $1, 000. Figured it was a fair price because it had issues but The car still runs.
Representative came on October 4th and after an hour of examination and paperwork he came up with the new quote of $500. Telling me the rust by the door was body rust and couldn't do any better despite the $99 fee.
Seeing me unhappy. He almost walked telling me he couldn't afford another bad review which made me think that I wasn't going to get more than scrap value for my car. So deviously I went with the offer. We signed the papers and he gives me the check and decides now to tell me he's going to leave the car there for a couple days. Basically using my property as storage. Again not happy but I obliged.
Lastly, had difficulty depositing the check. It didn't work at 2 ATMs but decided to deposit using my mobile app and the money went through. Overall kind of a bait and switch experience which would make me consider using another service from now on. Not recommended at least for this location.

Our certified corporate check is accepted at any bank location, if you were having issues, we would have immediately rectified the situation had we known. We offer many convenient payment options including instant, immediate payment to your bank via Zelle or ACH / wire transfer. We would have been happy to process your payment instantly and you would have had the funds available before our buyer ever left your house.
Bait and switch is an illegal and immortal business practice and does not occur at webuyanycar.com. During every appointment, like any other reputable buyer, we inspect a vehicle to confirm its reported condition. Unfortunately, our vehicle buyer discovered a variety of additional concerns that weren’t disclosed during the original online valuation. The Volkswagen’s check engine light was illuminated, and the rust was much more extensive to the rocker panel assembly and undercarriage than we initially knew. Condition plays an important part in a vehicle’s valuation, and this type of damage is considered outside the scope of fair wear and tear.
We apologize if our vehicle buyer did not make it clear upfront that the Volkswagen would be picked up in 5-7 business days. We pride ourselves on transparent communication and will be investigating to better understand where we dropped the ball. I have asked the Area Manager to reach out to you directly so we can discuss your feedback and address your concerns.

We showed up at 6:00 PM on a Friday without an appointment and the rep took us in and helped us anyway. we were in an out in 1 hour with a check for a fair price on the card we sold. I highly recommend going to We Buy Any Car rather than trading in at a dealer
