Bernard was welcoming and friendly. He explained the process in detail. He was upfront with the issues he found with my vehicle. He showed me the results of his review of my vehicle and the monetary offer for my vehicle. At multiple points during the process, he verified what he was doing and verified that I wanted to continue the transaction. I didnt get the result i wanted
I didnt get the result i wanted, but Bernard was very up front and honest. My vehicle was in disrepair, so i appreciate getting any money at all. Sure, i could have sold it for parts for more money, but i didnt want the headache of dealing with less than savory people. WBAC had a simple and easy process, and i believe that Bernard will try to get people as much as he possibly can for their vehicles! Very nice, straightforward and honest..
