Christian was awesome! He gave a detailed explanation of the entire process, making the whole process fast and easy. I appreciate the transparency of it all and Christian's overall approach. He answered any questions I had, and even got ahead of questions I hadn't yet asked. Great experience, and literally made my day!

Absolute No-Nonsense Experience
Christian, Branch Manager @ Plainfield was extremely professional and efficient. Walked in at the appointment time. Available, greeted and explained the process. Doc check, inspection, test drive, acceptable offer and then the paper work. In and out within reasonable time. Great service.
