Tim was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. It was in the early evening, hot outside and Tim handled it like a champ. If I could give him 10 Stars, I would.
Also, Scott at the office was very helpful and got everything rolling without a glitch.

Although I was not informed aboutfiling fees etc. the experience was good. The representative was professional and knowledgeable and the sale/transition went well. I was happy with the service.

Got an estimate on line
Got an estimate on line . A couple days later they came to my home to finalize the offer. Deducted for a handful of issues that I forgot to mention . Made a reasonable offer and gave me my check then . 2 days later the car was out of my driveway . This is my second car sold to We Buy Any Car.com for a reason . So convent.

Luis was very kind and worked with us on the price. He also explained the whole process and was quick and perfect with the work he did. My family is all over the place, but Luis took his time and answered all our questions and made sure we felt good about selling our car.

Could have used more $$
They came to my home since I am in the process of moving. I was hoping to get more $$ out of my car but had to settle for 2K which was disappointing. Everything was completed in less than 2 hours.

We understand your frustration with the offer and want to address your concern directly. Our valuations are driven by condition — it is the primary factor that determines what we can offer. Our online valuation is based on the information provided by the customer during the quote process. In this case, no damage was disclosed during the online valuation, despite being prompted to do so.
Our professional, in-person appraisal identified 13 physical, structural, and safety issues that were not reflected in the online estimate, including:
• Structural damage to engine bay (right side apron)
• SRS/Airbag warning light illuminated
• Front bumper — large dent
• Passenger side front fender — poor previous repair
• Hood oxidation
• Roof panel dented
• Driver side front fender dented
• Both rear quarter panels dented
• Driver side front door scratched
• Tailgate/trunk lid chipped
• All four alloy wheels damaged
• Interior damage to both front seats, center console, and door trim
• Accident history detected
These issues have a direct impact on the vehicle's resale value and must be factored into a fair market offer. I received a higher offer from We Buy any Car which made me choose your company. .i believe the intention was never to pay the amount offered which is likely your company’s tactic. Ultimately, I did decide to go with your company since I was ready to move on from the vehicle. I do believe I left about a grand on the table. But lesson learned on my part.

We want to assure you that our online estimate is always provided in good faith based on the information entered by the customer. It is never our intention to mislead, and we understand how frustrating it can be when the final offer does not match the initial estimate.
In this case, no physical or mechanical issues were disclosed during the online valuation. However, during our professional, in-person appraisal, our team identified a number of issues that were not reflected in the online disclosure, including:
• Hood rust
• Driver side front window inoperable
• Driver side front seat damaged
• Driver side front exterior door dented
• Front light oxidation
• Passenger side front door dented
• Passenger side rear quarter panel dented
• Paintwork in poor overall condition requiring extensive remediation
• Engine noise detected (belt noise)
These findings go beyond normal wear and tear and required an adjustment from the online estimate to the final offer.
