Terrie is absolutely amazing! She was very patient and helpful through the entire process! I had an issue with my title from where I bought my vehicle from originally and it took a couple of days to get straightened out, but she kept me updated daily, even though she had a busy schedule herself! She also helped get new more than I expected, so that was a huge plus 😊 Thank you so much for everything!

This company's offer was the lowest in…
This company's offer was the lowest in the market, basically an straight insult to even mention this. They offered $6000 below CarMax, Carvana and a local dealer.
Just wasted an hour of my time for them to take 100 pictures and recordings. I thought this was an ok company but changed my mind and never will go back again. BTW for those local the location is in a old strip mall in Melbourne.

Our online valuation is based on the information provided by the customer. The final offer reflects the verified condition and history of the vehicle after a professional, in-person appraisal. In this case, our appraisal identified two findings that materially impacted resale value:
• Our diagnostic tool detected that the vehicle's trouble codes had been recently cleared prior to your appointment, which raises concerns about underlying issues that may have been masked
• The vehicle's history report showed prior accident damage with diminished value, which carries through to the wholesale and retail market regardless of repair quality
The photographs and documentation taken during your appointment are part of our standard appraisal process. We document every vehicle thoroughly so that our offers are defensible, transparent, and tied to verifiable condition findings rather than guesswork. We invite all customers to join the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how a vehicle's condition affects its valuation.
Regarding the offers you received elsewhere — we genuinely cannot speak to how other buyers arrive at their numbers. We have nothing to gain by undervaluing a vehicle.
