Tim Ray was wonderful! I was selling an older car and he made the process quick and easy. Not to mention that he was a pleasure to talk to.

This was a great experience!
This was a great experience. I didn’t know what to expect as I’ve never sold a car this way. I worked with Tim when I arrived. He was professional, courteous, and performed the inspection quickly and provided details on any defects found and was willing to work with me on them. It was really a painless process and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off.

Overall good experience
I would have liked a little more money for the Honda which was no fault of the representative we worked with. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. The experience was quick and easy without the hassle of dealing with multiple people to sell the car outright. The online quote that was presented was almost 3 x what i got but it did need some paint. Overall a good experience walking out with a check same day.

my brother had set up an appointment…
my brother had set up an appointment and was texted three times to confirm it. When we arrived, the man came out and said a walk-in had showed up, and he wanted to assist them, he apologized and said it would only take an hour or so, well that did not happen, we had to wait a very long, and we quite put off, think he should have made the other folks wait, was not very happy.

Jordan the Longwood FL Manager was AMAZING! Super welcoming, friendly and gave us a great assessment of our vehicle! We left feeling like we had just meet with a family member! We made a new friend and got a good amount check for our super over 200,000 miles car! If you have a vehicle for sale this is the way to go!
