Helpful throughout, personable, polite, fair and efficient. One of the best car experiences I have had, both on the phone with Lee and in person with Luis who is such a decent person.

Spoke to Lee Young, Manager at the Leesburg location. I explained the situation regarding my sisters car, and that she could no longer drive due to her health condition. Lee was very helpful and understanding, and explained the whole process. She made arrangements for Luis Santiago a mobile branch manager to come to our home the next day. Luis arrived on time and handled the whole transaction which took about two hours. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. My husband and I were impressed with how easy, and convenient the whole process was. I highly recommend others to contact this company if you need to sell your vehicle.

Easy process, appointment was made quickly, entire process took about 2 hours from the time of my arrival to walking out with check in hand. I was offered a median price,more than one offering trade in value, less than another, but that one would have charged for shipping so it balanced out in the end. It was a fair enough offer to accept without dragging out the process of selling to the public.
