I was well pleased with my experience with We Buy Any Car. Shawn was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, my car was in much worse shape than I thought, and I did not get so much money as I'd hoped for, but the transaction, and the way I was treated, was excellent.

Shawn at Lancaster was great
Shawn at Lancaster was great. Professional, friendly and knows the biz. Unfortunately we booked a Sat 8am appt not knowing that is the busiest day so we were there 1 1/2 hours. The last 30 mins was waiting for the team who does all the approvals and haggling. They are in some other location.They were bogged down. So it was a great experience but just choose a weekday. I felt bad for the lady who came in at 10am and had to sit there! It was way easier than selling it yourself online and we got the price we wanted!
