Keep getting error message when I try to review on Google, but everything was just fine, and all the items that were under Dave's control were handled smoothly. Also sent this same message to your "customer feedback" address...perhaps you didn't get that either.

I can't find anywhere online to cancel my vehicle registration, so I was wondering if you had any suggestions. And it might be a good idea if we had a copy of the signed-off title, in case anyone might ask for it. Thanks very much for taking care of destroying the license plate, and special thanks to Dave for removing the static stickers we called about.

It wasn’t the amount of what I was expecting, I was expecting more, but given the conditions and such, he explained to me exactly what happened to the car where other places failed to tell me… so I actually got whatever it was worth I guess. But it was fast and quick and he was cool. Thanks Shawn.

Reasonably good experiance. The rep at Lancaster was outstanding. I was a bit disappointed that the original value estimate was $2,900 more then at final value we settled. I don't think there is another make or year that could be in bettyer condition or appearance. That said I still went ahead with the sale. Just a bit disappointed.
