Cristina made my experience great
What a great experience. The manager Cristina is perfect. She answered all questions like an expert >> my odometer was flagged (damn shame) and it was explained to me how it co$t me in my $ale. The entire process was done professionally with facts and a bit of genuine empathy. Cristina could not have made me feel more comfortable.
In 2023, society would be in a better place if all public and professional interactions were conducted like this. I would recommend to family and friends.
Much Thanks.
Also, the covered parking area use for inspections flooded on her. She had to pull the car out into the lot and do her work in the pouring rain. You know what to do......
