After getting an estimate online, we booked an appointment for an inspection. Luis called us right after to discuss and kept us updated until he arrived later that day. The process was smooth and the price was fair. After about an hour, the paperwork was signed, check in hand. The vehicle was picked up a few days later. All in all, a straightforward process with great service.

Frank was great and easy to talk to. He explained the whole process as he went through each step. I will recommend this process to anyone.

I arrived on time for my appointment. Who ever makes the appointments booked Frank Tillman to close. He explained that his office was small and not much room, could we wait in our car and he would come out and get us. I waited in my car until he was ready for us. When we were in and seated he apologized for the delay. His office only had two chairs to sit in. He offered us bottles of water and began to explain the process of buying my car. He had appliances to inspect the car and explained what he was doing. After the examination we took a drive around to see how the car handled. After returning he explained all he found. The only thing was the warning lights for tire pressure low. He then sent his report to his boss for approval. There was a waiting line for the answer. We discussed the offer. I felt the offer was a little low for the condition of my car. We discussed the settling price and he sent a message to his manager for approval. Manager approved and the paperwork was started. Both parties were satisfied and car was sold.
