Very good experience.
I thought everything went well... They certainly look over the vehicle very well which was not a problem. I had a vehicle that was in great shape and well cared for. The time it took may have been a little longer than I expected but was not excessively long so I was good. Who I worked with was great... easy to talk too. Very courteous.

We felt that there was a little shady…
We felt that there was a little shady business going on. I am certain I put in 88,000 for mileage and they told me it was 79,000. Therefore they dropped the value they offered. Josh however was very nice and easy to work with.

As soon as I walked in and met Mylann, I knew I was in the right place. He was very knowledgeable in so many things and I learned a few good things from him. He explained everything as he went along, which helped alot. We chatted about other things and I felt like I had known him for years !!! I cannot thank him enough for making the transition smooth.
