You low bid the crap out of people!!!! The rep I dealt with was great. The company itself sucks. I will not recommend this company to anyone at all. I will also be going to Google and to the BBB.

We’re sorry to read hear about your experience and would love to address your concerns. We want every customer to have a positive experience, if we were in the business of low balling our customer’s we wouldn’t have a 5-star rating from 50,000+ customers.
We pride ourselves on operating in a pressure-free, transparent environment. Unlike used car dealerships who take the car around back and hold you hostage in the showroom for hours, we always invite our customers to join us as we inspect their vehicle. We want our customers to see what we see, have the opportunity to ask any questions, and be completely comfortable with how we arrived at our valuation. We never pressure anyone to complete the sale and only finalize a deal if our customers are happy to do so.
Our leadership team investigated your appointment and have tried reaching out to you several times with our success. We have exhausted all efforts to try and contact you and address your concerns.
We take detailed notes, photos and videos of every vehicle we inspect and I see the 2003 Nissan had a variety of wear and tear above and beyond what is considered normal. There were multiple dashboard lights illuminated, including the check engine light. Our Branch Manager observed engine noise too. There were copious amounts of rust present on the vehicle, which called into question the structural integrity of the vehicle. With accident history and almost 200,000 miles on the odometer it was clear this vehicle was an end-of-life unit.
We’re not a junk car buyer, we typically buy vehicles that have a resale value and usually pay tens of thousands of dollars. We often advise our customers to take end of life vehicles straight to a vehicle recycling center to eke out every last dollar possible. However, if customers want to bring us their older units we will happily purchase them as a service to our valued customers.

Conversations were blunt, but friendly. Ian is efficient and friendly. It was much easier than selling to another individual. However, that comes at a cost since they have to make money too.

Adin was running late when we arrived. rrived…
Adin was running late when we arrived due technical issues he had no control of. He informed us right away why things were running late to get a estimate on our vehicle and was very respectful of our time and gave a choice to continue or make another appointment. We choose to wait until he was available to attend to us for a estimate on our vehicle. We were originally told he would be running a half hour late but ened up being an hour late. I was so glad we decided we to wait longer. Adin was fair in how estimate on our vehicle. In fact
It ended being a very informative interaction with Adin that my wife and I enjoyed. We were their for 2 1/2 hours total. But we learned so much and really enjoyed learning more from him about cars that the time flew by very fast. I am definitely trust him and his work and what webuyanycar does and provides. I will definitely recommend to anyone to give webuyanycar a try. I definitely plan to use th÷n in the future again. The estimate Adin gave me was fair and right on. Outstanding!!! I can honestly say I trust Adin and his input. I an so glad we worked with Adin. He is number 1 in my book.

Great hassle-free way to sell your car.
Adin was very helpful throughout the simplified process. Great communication along the way. I received a fair price and didn't have to deal with trying to sell it on my own and the DMV and all that. Simple and easy is good. Thank you for a great experience.
