Sam was very professional and spent lots of time diligently working up the car’s condition (twice!). She helped to get me a reasonable offer. Although I still believe the car was worth more, I settled to bring the lengthy process to an end.
I do commend Sam for a very thorough job on evaluation of the car.

A Quick, Easy & Pleasant Car Selling Experience
I already wrote an in depth review for this company on BBB and I don't want to repeat the same thing here. My big takes was that they took the time to check and review the condition of my vehicle and their result matched the review and research that I already conducted. As most offers go, their initial offer was low. But their negotiation appear to involve a group effort which was evident as the agent went back and forth with her colleagues via online communication. Eventually they significantly improve their offer to the point where it came close, (though not quite matched my expectation) but it did reach what I considered fair by my own research.
The agent, Sam was courteous, pleasant and professional. In the end, I felt it was a good, easy and pleasant way to sell your vehicle.

First of all, the guy from your company arrived at the building at 1:05pm and my dad can verify this. I disclosed everything I could see INCLUDING the damage on the side of the car and the scrapes and the mirror, this was all given to Christian during a phone call on 8/18/25; the only things I didn’t disclose were two things I couldn’t see , which was the rust holes and the scrape on top of the car as I’m too short to have seen it. I do not approve of you lying in your response to me.

Fair and honest evaluation and a fair price.
The first thing was the immediate response and great communications through out the process. I was included in on what was going on with my vehicle, things I didn't know like under carriage extensive rust ect...I felt they were up front and very honest and while we all want $$$ for our car I was given a fair price on the spot.
