Her customer service is top tier and she’s very informative about cars. I was greeted by name AND with a warm smile as I came into the office and I instantly felt comfortable. The manager at the Duluth location
The manager at the Duluth location, Felicia, was so professional, and so attentive, you have no choice, but to sell your car. I was satisfied with the amount they gave me. It wasn’t exactly the amount that was quoted before I arrive, but it was very close. I was pleasantly surprised. From the phone call to the intake, I was treated like a VIP.
