Professional staff, reasonable payout
Darius was kind and professional. The whole process was well explained and fast, and they gave me a very reasonable payout via a check right away. I will note that they kind of lure you in with a huge quoted price online and then give you a more reasonable offer once they have driven the car and picked it apart, but again, I got a very reasonable number for my 240k mile Subaru Impreza.
If you need a check right away, this is the place to go
Don't forget to ask for the 25 dollar lyft credit to get yourself home from the location

Quick and easy, very kind and patient
Our process went so smoothly! I have mom brain so I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who helped us but he was genuinely so kind and helpful. I have two young daughters who I had with me, and they were full of energy. He was so kind and patient and worked with me as I tried to wrangle them. He was also very dedicated to finding the right price so that I felt comfortable with my decision. The process could not have been easier and I would recommend you go there if you need to sell your car! Thank you for your help!!
