Total waste of time. Went in with an offer of $4400, got offered $2800 after they processed everything.
These guys are preying on desperate people who will literally take anything for their car.
Daphne in the office was a sweetie, but beware of this company as a total scam, 90 mins of my life wasted.

Hi Foxy Family and thank you for stopping by our Capital Boulevard for an appraisal on your Honda CR-V. Thanks also for providing additional information so we could pull up the appraisal notes and photographs and respond with full transparency. We promised you a five-star customer service experience and apologize for failing to deliver.
Unfortunately, as our team should have explained, when you requested a valuation from our website on 9/19/2024 at 7:39 AM, the mileage was entered incorrectly. The correct mileage noted by our team during the appraisal was higher by some margin. Disclosures made at the same time stated that the car had no physical or mechanical issues, but there were some problems with the car which were not accounted for in the online valuation, such as the worn brakes and exterior damage.
I see that Daphne was able to work with our pricing team and we were ready to cut you a check for $3,200 after taking into account additional miles and other problems with the Honda. We respect that this was not the amount you were hoping for and that you chose not to sell.

Donny got soaked, but we didn't.
Donny created a welcoming atmosphere, was pleasant, professional, and highly efficient. He presented us with a fair price, all things considered. He didn't even complain that he had to cut our license plate off in a summer downpour of rain, with lightening and thunder. He got absolutely soaked.
