Great representative
I felt the representative was trustworthy. He offered great customer service, looking me in the eye when I arrived, shaking my hand and inviting me to sit down with him. He was swift in his assessment. Even though I think I could have gotten perhaps 1.5 to 2 times the money on Facebook, etc., the work of doing that was not something I had time for and so worth the loss. Note also that the estimate on the company's website was much higher (more than two times) what was actually offered but I figured it would be lower because of all the additional issues the car had that the website didn't account for. Another thing I learned was that I didn't really need to get a new battery just to make it to the lot--I could have saved that money. In all, this company and the local rep made this easy and I'd do it again if appropriate.

What a relief!

He was very professional and still made you feel comfortable. He made me understand why my car is worth this much and I was ok with the price offered. I had a hard time finding the location. You need a big permanent sign on the building. That is a very busy major street and you cannot slow down. It took me 3 times and f calling and going back to my house to find it

The process of selling my car was so…EASY and ENJOYABLE! Who KNEW?
The process of selling my car was so wonderfully easy and satisfying! (No dealership posturing!) I went online and got an estimate for the car, then made an appointment at a local WBAC office. I showed up with the proper paperwork and met Jim O' Conner. He was friendly, helpful, and walked me through the process, which took less than an hour! Jim was upfront with everything and I ended up selling the car. I left a very happy and satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend "WE BUY ANY CAR" to friends and family!

The experience was very transparent and efficient. I decided to sell my car on Thursday and I had a check in hand by Friday afternoon. Considering the condition if my car I was very pleased with the offer and absolutely got significantly more than if I had traded it in. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
