We buy any car experience was very easy and took a no time to leave with a check in hand. The guy Joshua was very pleasant to talk to and even tried to help us get a better price on our vehicle. My only complaint, is I wish I could've gotten a little more than the offer that was given by his estimator. Overall I would use them again.

We're genuinely sorry to hear that you felt our offer didn't meet your expectations on this occasion.
Unfortunately, our physical inspection revealed several problems that were not disclosed during the online valuation process. There was severe rust on the undercarriage and structural damage on both the rocker panel assemblies. In addition, the CARFAX alerted us that the vehicle was involved in multiple accidents in the past with the most recent one on 6/15/2020 in Columbus, OH.
We have to take these factors into account when we make our final offer. However, ensuring you are happy is our top priority and we're glad that we were able to reconnect with you and find a way to give you a positive customer service outcome.
