The branch manager I had was wonderful. I hit the wrong star rating . He was 5 star . He did everything he could to make me comfortable . He explained everything and tried to get me the best quote he could. I want to thank him for all his help. His name was Jon. I was at the Bala Cynwyd Office .

Great experience at this location. Jon was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The inspection of my car was quick and the whole process took less than an hour. It was no hassle and the process was explained to me every step of the way. Would definitely recommend!

Friendly, courteous staff!
The staff at Bala Cynwyd was friendly, helpful and courteous. They made sure I was comfortable while I waited to be seen, checking on me every 10 minutes, and even gave me a bottle of water!
