Great customer service after the transaction.
After indicating my dissatisfaction with my transaction, the customer service team did an awesome job both in following up and in making it right. I'm not good with staying on top of my voice mails, but I checked them today. There were 5 messages from WE Buy Any Car; it was clear from the messages that they were not going to let my criticisms go without talking with me. I returned Jeff's call today, and after going over my experience, he said WBAC would be willing to match the offer made by the competing company. He then offered cash compensation for the extra time involved in my transaction. Five stars for the persistence and for the remedy!

The process took too long; Peddle offered more.
The process took too long - 2 hours. I went in for the sale because on line the offer was 1700+, by the time the final offer came, it was down to $900. If I had to do it all over, I would have gone with Peddle - their offer is firm on line, and they come to pick up the car with no further negotiations. I would have received $130 more had I gone with Peddle.

As stated on our website, and in the valuation, email you received, the online valuation is an estimate based on information you share with us about the vehicle. It is not an offer, and we always carry out a detailed inspection of the vehicle before we make an offer. We take into account, the age, mileage, history, and overall condition of the vehicle.
If there are problems with the vehicle which are not disclosed online, this will impact the final valuation you receive.
