Unfortunately, you financed the Mazda at the peak of the pandemic when prices were artificially high, and you owe thousands more than the car is worth in today's market. We sympathize with your situation but are not able to pay above market value to cover your negative equity. You can take it to any dealer, and they will tell you the same.
I see you booked an appointment even though the valuation estimate was thousands less than you owe. Our team was honest and transparent with you and set appropriate expectations to save you making a wasted trip and we're sorry that your difficult situation with negative equity has caused you to have a negative opinion of us. Your frustration would be better directed towards the dealer who sold you the car.

Easy way to sell a car
Fair price. Good communication about coming to see the car.
Allentown arranged for someone from Philadelphia to buy the car. I appreciated that very much. She was running late, 1 hour, but kept me updated.
It took 2 hours to process the paperwork after the test drive, which I thought was overly long.
It took 3 days to come pick up the car. I was never told it would take that long. The car was parked in a private lot, but the owners were understanding.

From start to finish, my experience was positive. Professional and transparent comes to mind. Melanie came to my house and explained the process without any pressure to make a decision.
