I've been using WebSpaceKit for my website for last 2 year's now, and I must say — it's one of the best hosting providers I've tried. The performance is smooth, loading speed is fast, and uptime is nice. What really stands out is their customer support — super responsive and helpful. Whether it's a small issue or a technical query, they always assist quickly and professionally.

I am still struggling on building my website. It would be nice to speak with a live person instead of some computerized system sending guidelines that are not understanding. I'm new at this and I'm trying to have a successful website for my travel business. My website is currently not fixed. Your reps emailed me stating my website in nor complete through messages but no one calls to help me. Please help me by calling me to assist me getting my website up and running fully so my clients can view, book travel & contact me.

I’m extremely disappointed with WebSpaceKit’s unethical billing practices. I’m a customer from Pakistan, and I was charged $56 for a domain renewal that I never authorized. I had no idea that my debit card was saved or that auto-renewal was active on my account.

There was no prior notice, reminder, or consent taken before deducting this amount from my bank account. They automatically renewed my domain and linked my card without any clear notification or option to opt-out. This feels like a complete violation of trust and an attempt to trap users with hidden billing settings.

$56 is a huge amount for me, and I would never knowingly agree to that kind of renewal fee. I immediately contacted their support team, but haven’t received any helpful or professional response so far. No sign of a refund, and no apology for charging me without permission.

If you’re thinking of using WebSpaceKit, please be cautious:

They store and charge your card automatically

They do not make renewal terms transparent

There is no easy way to disable auto-renew

Their support is slow and unresponsive

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I’m now forced to escalate this issue publicly through reviews like this and social media, because private support is ignoring the problem.

I’m requesting a full refund and a confirmation that all future billing is disabled. Until then, I strongly advise others to stay away from this service unless you’re ready to be billed silently.

Terrible service. This is not expected. The page loading time on their WebSpaceKit.com itself is pretty slow. This is my personal experience in the first 2 weeks.

My sites are not up from the last 2 days and no resolution yet. Going for a refund towards my 3-year hosting plan.

We opted for WebSpaceKit's Premium Plan (3-year) based on the trust we had in the Website Learners channel that recommended it. Sadly, the real experience has been extremely underwhelming.

Our WordPress site is professionally developed, optimized, and has minimal traffic — yet we kept facing repeated “Resource Limit Reached” errors. We host only 2 websites, use 17 essential plugins, and the same site runs smoothly on lower-end hosting providers. This clearly proves the issue is server-side, not website-related.

Despite multiple tickets and technical responses, support kept shifting the blame — asking us to use Cloudflare, reduce plugins, etc., without directly fixing the root problem.

We are a professional digital agency (500+ websites delivered) and know when the hosting is the bottleneck. Sadly, WebSpaceKit just doesn’t live up to the premium tag it promotes.

We regret choosing this service and will be migrating away + asking for a refund soon. Would not recommend this to serious developers or agencies expecting reliable hosting performance.

Bad experience with WebSpaceKit so far. Slow servers, you have to keep following up with support team. For my issues, by the time the support team responded with the resolution o had to figure it out myself to find the fix. That’s how irrelevant/delayed their responses were at times.

For beginners like me with no tech experience, I think it's a huge learning curve, with the panel not being beginning-friendly but the customer care is SOOO responsive and quick, they answer all your questions and give best suggestions which is really good. nonetheless, the plan is good, if you are tech person, webspacekit is the affordable plan out there.
