I rarely used my credit card until I need it , so at that time I want to buy VPS and after that I decided to buy VPS on webhorizon, The transaction is well , no weird things. but after 2 month , my credit card is blocked due to ilegal transaction from new zealand. Eventhough the balance limit is back but I think my credit card is leaked somewhere from webhorizon.
I never used my credit card, last transaction is using for VPS on webhorizon and after that someone just using my credit card ilegally.

WebHorizon is probably one of the best providers in the Low End Market. Very fair and cheap pricing for the specifications given, great customer support. I have used them for about a year without any issues whatsoever. Uptime is great, and I have never faced any sort of technical issues. Would recommend.
