The plant was dispatched quickly but the courier didn’t deliver it, as arranged….I had received an email to say that it was out for delivery but later received another email to say that the delivery had been delayed and it eventually arrived about 24 hours later than expected. Due to the plant banging around in the courier’s van, the plant eventually arrived in a slightly sorry state: Quite a bit of soil had come out of the pot and some roots had snapped. The other issue was that the plant received was slightly smaller than stated on the website. I was offered a small discount in respect of the plant being smaller though I’d rather have received the original size ordered.

I was so excited when I ordered a pineapple guava shrub, it arrived in great condition, well packed and looking very healthy! Delivery was quick and all very reasonably priced. I'll definitely buy from here again.

totally amazed by the quality of customer care provided by this company .
called about a plant on their site and they even offered to send pictures of various specimen for me to pick one .
AND their prices are incredibly fair (was after a pieris and they were half the price of everywhere else) .
So all the convenience of a modern company (internet/ free delivery) but with the attention to detail of an old school, family run business (available to advise on the phone as well) .

I recently ordered a pineapple guava tree from web gardens centre. I was supposed to get my delivery by 7th June but I had it delivered to my door today on the 5th. The tree is in excellent condition. It is a great size so good value for money. Highly recommend Web Garden Center. Will be buying more in future!

Lovely health plants. There was a problem with the delivery which I had to chase, but this was then sorted out quickly.

The Web Garden Centre handled our order well the only issue was the carrier that they use did not deliver the item on date which they were supposed to came three days late and the package was damaged and delivered to the wrong dwelling.

Bay trees arrived quickly and in good condition. Exceedingly good value for money. Would use again.

Ordered two mid-sized bay trees for a gift, however Christina emailed to inform me that the product chosen was popular and the two remaining plants she did not feel were up to their high standards to be sold. She suggested an alternative which was suitable Delivery was swift however, one item went astray so I contacted Christina who immediately dispatched a replacement. Great service and helpful staff, plants arrived well packed and were excellent specimens. The recipient of the gifted plants was absolutely delighted. Would highly recommend this company.
