Creating a logo for my new business was becoming a right faff on for me however once my Katie Price handed my ideas off to Craig he was pretty rapid in returning three logo concepts all very good. Although not my original idea these logos did contain the elements i required. One logo in particular stood out massively for me and only needed tweaking twice. I am absolutely over the moon with my new logo so much so i can't stop admiring it on my phone. I am so glad he never used my original idea. Graig has done a grand job and has provided me with a fresh, vibrant and exciting logo which adorn my vehicle uniforms and merchandise. Well done Craig outstanding work

This is my second 1 star review as they asked me to take my first down after calling me and offering a "free upgrade".
Always asking for more money, not delivering what they agreed and just felt like a massive scam.
i paid more to "keep my domain". As soon as i stopped using them my website domain has gone so this was a complete lie to take more money from me.
When i started with this company i was told ill get a monthly update. in a whole year i got 3 phone calls, one asking for more money, another asking me to take down the first review and a 3rd to renew for another year.
I feel like ive just flushed nearly 2K down the drain.

I’ve been a returning customer of WebAhead and paid for a rebrand, expecting a quick turnaround as previously which is why i returned. After days of silence,after payment I followed up with Mike about my pack, only to be told it would take roughly four weeks something never mentioned upfront. I had assumed once I sent everything, he’d get it done quickly like they have done previously and because of his memory I thought he would get it done quicker not a problem if he didn't because they had a reputation of being quick. Because of his mistake is the reason I found out. When I asked about a refund because I wasn't explained that there was a roughly 4 week wait before payment i got know response.

I decided to check there website about there refund policy. Upon checking their own website reviews also, Which is appalling I saw this is a pattern they just take your money and they have a strict no-refund policy they don’t make clear before payment or there is a longer than normal wait time upon placing my order which they should make you aware like most.

I’ve chosen to look elsewhere especialy after reading there reviews and take this as a learning curve. I found a much faster, cheaper option on Fiverr that includes SEO at no extra cost. Sharing this in good faith always check a company’s own reviews before paying even when referred I have had to learn this the Hardaway but will be going back to the person who recommended them also to aware others also on social media all platforms. The way they conduct business won’t last long.

I chatted to Tom from the company and found him extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. They run some fantastic offers and their usual pricing structure is very competitive with other quotes I have received. Highly recommended.

The need for a website site for my small business was something i had long been thinking about that's why I'm so glad then that came across Vicky Ingham of Webahead Internet who was advertising a very affordable package. Hugely professional, very customer focused and very friendly and down to Earth, Vicky took my rough text and photos and passed them onto her design team who created exactly what had been lurking inside my head for so long. Couldn't be happier with the results and all thanks to Vicky Ingham and her superb design team.

Wouldn’t touch this company for a e commerce site was told they could do it to my specifications price started of at one price then went high due to they had to get another company involved agreed on a price for that as it took 3 years. Due to no one know what there doing asked many times for a refund And was told it would get done with in 6 weeks Finally got it done then asked for more money which was more than original quote asked would not show me how to use the site or would they redesign as a greed to an out dated look till we paid the final amount so they where Not willing to finish it was left out of pocket for £3000 and can’t claim back either due to was to long wouldn’t trust any of there reviews as they probably make them there self
