Weatherspoons 

Lord Wilson Huddersfield. We go to this pub several times a month and generally it's good but recently the food has become rubbish. On Tuesday we ordered from the Christmas menu food arrived quickly as usual but was cold and looked nothing like the pictures in the new Christmas menu. 2 meals 2 drinks was £25 so not cheap. This is not the first time but will be the last . Staff and drinks are great but food has gone down hill big time.

Was mixed , I was staying local for 4 nights so opted to use this location for my meals breakfast, dinner , breakfast was excellent for the money and service was very good.
On 3 of the 4 nights dinner and service was good and value for money.
One night it was far from good in fact it was terrible service , it happened to be my last night if it had been my first night I wouldn’t have returned.
Waited an absolute age for my food which was ordered on the app along with a beer the beer arrived to my designated table very promptly, but over 30 minutes later my food still hadn’t arrived , I waited for 45 minutes then went to enquire where my food was to be told
Oh it’s sitting over there we couldn’t find your table as there is a mix up with table numbers.
I explained that they managed to deliver my beer promptly to my table so couldn’t understand why not the food, to be honest I felt I was just shrugged off and the staff member I was speaking to could care less .
Eventually they brought over my food stone cold, and more stories about table numbers being moved.
Becouse I had waited so long and was starving I took the food but could only eat about a quarter of it as it was cold.
I then ordered another pint useing the same table number which was on the table , waited 20 minutes, walked back to the bar to ask why it’s taking so long to be told they had run out of Stella and didn’t know where my table was.
Honestly same staff who couldn’t find my table for the food , and had eventually delivered it all be it cold.
No apology at the time just grins and shrugs of shoulders.
I did complain via email to the company who replied promptly and positively, and was contacted by the pub manager to apologise.
So to sum up it apears some staff are in need of more training especially in customer care.
The staff at breakfast were excellent, the after customers care was very good , hence why I started by saying mixed review.
The company should address their customer care in relation to staff dealing with customers who are hard of hearing as well.
Once again the breakfast staff were excellent and made a point of speaking to me face to face rather than turning away.

Wetherspoons - Newton Abbot, Devon

Went with friends for dinner, arriving around 1600.
The place soon filled up. The noise was awful, with people shouting at one another, and children running around and screaming.
The screaming actually hurt our ears.
The food arrived quickly, but was cold and unappetizing.
We won't be going there again, because it has gone downhill.

Went to weatherspoons in Solihull, we had 2 large breakfasts,and as it was a little to early for an alcoholic drink, we'll for the wife it was.😀
My wife chose to have a hot chocolate, as it stated that you can have free top ups on tea,coffee,hot chocolate,so as it was a cold day my wife thought she would have a top up on her hot chocolate, as it was stated on the menu, free top ups on tea,coffee,hot chocolate, but when I went to the bar to ask for a refill, and told not in a nice manner by the bar tender, that the refill on the hot chocolate was not included, so I went back to my table and picked up the menu and proceeded back to the bar, and showed the not so nice barman that it stated in black and white, that free top ups included hot chocolate, but again was told as the government increased sugar tax on sugary drinks, that's why the hot chocolate was not included, but as I stated to the barman, it was a false advertisement, and this should have been reprinted, or even crossed out, or even a notice to customers within the pub, so until that happens, weatherspoons are misleading customers and should be put right.

Have just had the Xmas dinner at weatherspoons in Southport.
It must be the worst dinner I have ever had words fail me it just awful staff are friendly enough.
trouble is I was really looking forward to it.
Might try cooking one my self can't do any worse?

Had a meal at Merthyr Tydfil weather spoons today, 1 person serving drinks and taking orders 😞 by the time the meal came it was cold and the eggs was like rubber, it's gets busy like this all the time so why don't they staff it at busy times, and I hate looking at staff on their mobiles when it's busy, I won't be going to this one again 😞another company that needs to look at themselves 😕

Come on folks☹️ Weatherspoon Belfast brilliant service/ quality advantage. Great food, fast service and great staff.

Was looking forward to a cheap and cheerful meal at Weatherspoons in Stowmarket. I ordered "New Steak and Ale Pie" with chips and peas from their "Pub Classics".
What arrived was a decent quantity of chips, too many peas (as usual), half a small tanker of gravy and a tiny "pie". I have never seen one so small, and I certainly can't buy one that tiny from anywhere that I know of!
Yes, there were a few pieces of beef in it, but no gravy or juice, and it was well over 50% pastry (by weight and/or volume).
Flavour of the filling (what there was of it) was OK, but nothing special. The pastry of course tasted of pastry. No evidence of any "Ale" whatsoever.
Chips were fine, although I had to go and get some ketchup to go with them, as there was hardly any gravy (none at all in the pie).
These meals are dictated by head office. The local Weatherspoons has no choice about the size or quality of the pie, which is the only reason I didn't complain to the manager - it's not their fault.
Head office - pull your head out of the sand (or wherever you've put it at the moment) or you will permanently lose your reputation for cheap, reasonable meals. This one (that you have designed) is poor and nowhere near a reasonable size.
Next time, I'll go to the chinese next door, or maybe the local chip shop.

Ashford county hotel Kent only 1 coffee machine working, Ryde Isle of Wight only 1 coffee machine working, Man in the moon Isle of Wight only 1 coffee machine working. Problem here is when your eating your food, you go up to get another drink there’s a long queue, so your food is going cold, obviously it’s done for a reason

The three fishers Worthing is absolutely appalling the men’s toilets are disgraceful filthy i cannot understand why this company haven’t given it a truly good upgrade Tim Martin was there last year unless he’s completely inept he must have seen the decline put you money into this pub and restore what potentially could be a very profitable business . 👎👎👎

Saved the day, I have a brain injury amongst other injuries and ordered the wrong drinks with my meal, I ordered alcoholic instead of non alcoholic and she replaced them without fuss and refunded the difference, being disabled is a challenge for me, so Tanya was a breathe of fresh air, so kind and courteous, Thank you Tanya

The Queen of Iceni Norwich. I arrived with my sister in a wheelchair for breakfast. She has a cute small dog that sat on her lap. We went to sit outside at a table, which most cafe and restaurants allow. A you man came out and asked us politely to move on. Dogs are not welcome he said. I have been a regular visitor to Spoons over the years. Not anymore

Value for money in Prior johns weatherspoon Bridlington .We went for breakfast for 8:30 AM the venue quite . Did try and order on app just kept telling me no internet. So we ordered at the bar 2x small breakfast toast x2 and hot drinks. Service very good we waited around 10 minutes food was hot we had extra sausage due no hash browns. We both thought breakfast was tasty and hot the staff very friendly and today we had free parking

What has happened to Wetherspoons in Exeter? Went in there today for the first time in awhile and the place is filthy, tables are not wiped down, three of the four coffee machine machines are not working properly, and the staff are rude and very unhelpful. Not impressed at all would give it zero stars if I could. 

Absolutely disgusting service was packed ordered a sausage and bacon barm told needed a table number advised no tables available ended up just giving her a number next to bar then when food arrived was on bread and was advised I can't eat at the bar wasn't said when ordered staff are rude uniformative won't be going again

The service at Henley is first class, the staff are always so helpful. The manager Dougie is always very enthusiastic and goes out his way to make sure that you enjoyed the experience.

I am in the pub in Lytham St Ann’s they have the air conditioning set to really cold, to help empty the pub. They do not need the air conditioning on as they have the door open. The air conditioning was blowing on me making it really uncomfortable, tried to speak to one of the staff but was ignored. I often go to the railway at Lytham and this never happens. . It’s been a hot day and people are wearing thick clothing as if the middle of winter. It’s a bout the people who use the pub not the staff. I am a quality auditor so it’s about customer satisfaction. If customers are unhappy they go elsewhere and once gone they don’t come back, so think about what you are doing. Too many people leave and the pub shuts.

Found the worst weatherspoons
Visited the Largs branch. Filthy very poor service, asked if table could be cleaned only to be told they were to busy .obliviously won’t be back
