After 5 years and $1,500.00 the device quit working. Instead of replacing and continue receiving $24.82 per month they wanted to charge an additional $79.99 for a new advice. Companies are too concerned with new customer acquisition rather then rewarding loyal customers. Cancelled immediately. No wonder they have a 2.9 rating!!! Buyer Beware

This is a fake website my order never arrived nor received an answer 3 months ago.

Absolute garbage. Can't sign into the website because I do not have a phone numbers. Their customers service person hung up on me. I can't transfer a number . 3 fifteen minute waits on the customer service line. At this point I just want a refund

Hieperdepiep! 🎉 DRIE MAANDEN geleden broek besteld en betaald. Veel correspondentie over hoe de bestelling binnenkort toch echt de deur uit gaat! Maar ze zijn al drie maanden blij met mijn geduld! Iedere reactie weer! ❤️❤️❤️ Dus, Volk van Nederland en ver daarbuiten; blijf uit de buurt van deze fraudeurs!

I placed an order in July. It arrived maybe a day or two later than anticipated and was nothing but an empty box. The box had clearly never been taped shut and, based on the stickers from the post office, it had arrived at USPS empty. I sent proof and tried to get them to either send a replacement or a refund. They refused, with a different excuse each time. At one point they tried to get me to send copies of identification documents to a 3rd party "insurer." I had to file a PayPal dispute. Thankfully, I won the dispute.
I used to be able to buy this brand at Target, but it's no longer carried there. I loved the busty bralettes, but I will never try to order online from them again. It's clear that they've gone out of business and the site has stayed up as a scam. They no longer have any social media, just the website.

Total scam! Do not order from this site. I placed my order of two dresses in June and finally received my order in August after several emails. To which the only response I would receive was an automated email saying it was delayed due to high demand. The dresses are so cheaply made it ridiculous, worth maybe $5 not $36.

1. Product (bras) quality was not as advertised. Flimsy material with poor finish.
2. They promise full refunds if not satisfied. That is a lie. On a £38 order they offered me a credit of £6! That was for items not tried on.
3. Once I refused this, they stopped engaging with me completely but continue to bombard me with "offers" of other products - as if I would be that stupid as to order from them again!
4. Look at the reviews before you order. Prepare to lose your money

Absolute scam luckily I ordered using PayPal and have been refunded. Order two skorts provided a tracking number them disappeared. I went to PayPal for a refund and a surprise, it miraculously was in the UK withing a day. However what arrived was a very tacky necklace. Got my refund AVOID AVOID AVOID

They are little less that thieves, We tried to port out & cancel. We got the excuse that the system was down & "give us a few days" only to get charged another month after the service was supposed to have been shut off. They are a predator on the elderly people of our country.

Shocking company to deal with. Inferior product and sizing poor. Keep getting fobbed off trying to return. Have been trying to send back over 2 weeks. Each email gives a different person to deal with. Offered 12GB (£)credit for their site or told to sell order to someone else! They will not give address to return. €59 down the drain. Will have to go through my bank for refund. DO NOT TOUCH this site.

I have been scamed I want my money back my tracking number don't even exist.

No product, no contact. Once contacted they said all the right things (don't fall for it) and then completely ghosted me - got my money back through the banks fraud department - DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!!!!
