Good things made bad in the end
Unfortunately in the end I was not satisfied. All started good. I got I good price for my order and it was sent immediately. The jacket was perfect and I was very happy.
But until now I didn't receive an invoice for the very expensive skiing jacket. I tried to reach the shop several times per Mail and also per telephone. I left messages on the mail box, but there was no reaction at all. And I tried this for several months.
Finally I came to the conclusion that I will give this very bad feedback, maybe this helps getting a response from the shop.
In the end it's very sad that such a little thing destroyed a basically good experience.
