Ordered a bottle of Shrine drop it in Rose from Look fantastic, received a bottle with barely 2 drops in it, sent an email to report issue but thinking they wouldn't replace it, I put an order in with Shrine themselves, received another empty bottle, sent them an email also, they replied saying they'd send a replacement and, you guessed it, empty too. Meanwhile Look fantastic sent a replacement bottle, low and behold, another completely empty bottle...!! Unbelievable but true.!

I cannot reach customer support have been emailing all week re suspected fraud please contact me asap

I've used many of the Shrine products & loved MOST of the outcomes.

Caramel blonde toner on icey white blonde hair worked amazing to warm it up. Bronde on blonde hair was a gorgeous shade of light brown. Silver on blonde hair looks amazing & I'd previously done box colours of silver which were more damaging than bleaching as I'd need to do the full length weekly & was so drying. So Shrine I was able to be silver without drying my hair out.

Copper on light brown hair was lovely. I decided I wanted it brighter. This was where my 1 disaster occurred. I put copper on light blonde extensions with no issue. When I put copper on my bleached hair, it turned BLUE! Took me a lot of correcting work & used another brand which was brighter with more red tones to get it how I wanted it to be. So copper on bleach treated hair didn't work in the first instance. I've still got red & purple to try.

I love how easy & quick Shrine is & the fact it doesn't damage hair. The only annoying thing is if you want the shade long term you have to do over & over. But my hair kept it's main blonde colour under the Shrine so it was easy to move onto the next colour. Really good idea if you want to try a shade out before commiting. Doesn't damage but doesn't last very long.

I am in my 40s and have been dying / bleaching my hair for decades. It is currently blonde. Products were ordered in late August and since then I have been trying to find a way to get them to work! One box (copper) arrived incomplete, minus the stirrer. I tried that colour using the maximum number of drops and it provided a very mild tint for a couple of washes. The colour is nowhere near as vibrant as indicated in their photos, despite my hair being blonde and using the maximum amount and slightly longer dye time than recommended. The other box is for a brown shade and it simply DOES NOT WORK. I tried a strand test, which showed no change of colour, and then tried dying the whole head with it twice. No effect whatsoever from the brown. None. Nada. It literally does absolutely nothing. I have wasted hours online googling to check that my existing hair care products are compatible with this brand, but ultimately I think the only conclusion is that it is ineffective on my hair. I regret the purchase and am now throwing the boxes away while mainly full because it JUST DOES NOT WORK

Bought the shrine drops icy white! Left it for only 5 minutes and my hair became blue!!! It was a pain to get it off ! Had to wash it several times with dish wash soap and start the process all over again to achieve icy white colour !

Maybe if you want to use it I recommend always look at your hair do not leave for longer than 2 minutes or your hair will become blue!

Used the recommended drops and waiting time but it came out all patchy and about 3 different ginger shades. Washed it all out and started again. Did more drops to try and balance it but my hair went blue in places. The ends of my hair are now blue and I hate it.

I’m obsessed with shrine drops,so far I’ve used white blonde, bronde, ash & have loved all of them! One of my ordered was damaged and they sent me a replacement super quickly which was amazing!

It’s the only toner I use now as it leaves my hair super soft and shiny, I can top it up whenever needed. I get so many compliments on my hair now & I always point them to shrine. Would 100% recommend! Also the drops go a long way I get quite a few hair dyes out of a bottle ☺️☺️☺️☺️ thank you! Also their customer service is incredible & they are super lovely and helpful! I had someone called Chloe sort out my damaged order and I’m so happy with how she dealt with it! 🥰☺️💓💖

Not a bad price but mixing yourself could vary, depends so much on your hair, colour ect, no different to a regular purple shampoo, stuck to recommend dose and time left on, no difference but not a massive waste of money may suit your hair and if you get the right mix, worth a try I suppose

Absolutely love the product and the idea, the colour selection is amazing but sadly my hair just can’t cope with it. I’ve been using the ash blonde toner drops and my hair falls out in big clumps when I put it on. I’m really sad I can’t use it as I love the colours so much :(

BREAKAGE! absolutely loved the copper to add some colour to my naturally ginger hair UNTIL I started noticing the breakage and hair loss :(
I thought I’d found the perfect toner but huge regrets after using it for a few weeks.

I think shrine drops are amazing!
I firstly tried the peach drops which did wash out after a few washes-just as I wanted and good for when you want a change up but can go back to blonde.
I just got the white blonde drops yesterday, tried them last night and wow they are spot on. Just follow the instructions and you can’t go wrong! I also experimented and toned my synthetic blonde extensions with purple shampoo and then used the white blonde drops with conditioner after and it worked!
I will use the white drops in between my salon visits. Love them

Used warm brunette and in a few washes my hair turned green. I was blonde and loved the colour at first but wouldn’t use this again - very disappointed

I really wanted to love these, and I did for a short time! But unfortunately after the third use of drops mixed with conditioner, my hair has now started becoming ridiculously elasticated and snapping 😭 such a shame because I love the color and love the idea of just mixing with your conditioner, but my hair has never snapped like this before and this is the only new product I've introduced 😮‍💨 have had to cut a couple inches off and start repair treatments, but maybe once it is healthy is will try again but will a lot less product and only once a month or so!

Second order from Shrine and the second time I have been short changed on the peroxide, which is never filled to 120ml. Previously left a review, contacted them via email and Instagram, but they never commented or responded at all.

I ordered a product and the package arrived empty! Iv emailed loads of times but no response! Beware!

Best hair colour I ever used. Bleach are perfect no orange colour after bleaching, with other usually appears orange hair. Drops are amazing same. Quick delivery, Thank you.

Bought the white conditioner drops from superdrug for my brassy bleached hair. Yes it did take the brassy look away but now I have pale bluey green all through my hair and it won't budge! It looks terrible! Won't be buying again.

Love the peach hair dye! I'd never dyed my hair before but the dropper system made it really easy. I love the colour! It looks great when first applied and can be made really vibrant with lots of drops, as well as giving a soft peach colour as its washes out. I've had lots of compliments on the colour too.

Read about SHRINE toners on FB. Read the reviews and watched the videos of people using it and the transformation were really good. I decided to try it and bought 2 shades, champagne a s Ash Blonde. Took a few days longer to arrive (Evri). Contacted Shrine by email who responded quickly.
Tried champagne today and I'm over the moon with the results. The "yellowness" all gone.
I would recommend this to anyone.
