Outstanding Care Software

As a new care agency, finding the right software was incredibly important to us, and after trying several providers, we can honestly say that OnCare has been a breath of fresh air!
We previously used software from Access Group, which unfortunately proved difficult to navigate and far from user-friendly. We were also charged for onboarding and training, tied into lengthy contracts, and ultimately found that the system did not deliver the ease of use and efficiency that had been promised.
In contrast, Oncare has been everything we were looking for. The all-in-one platform is simple, intuitive and genuinely user-friendly, making day-to-day operations much easier for our team. There are no restrictive tie-in contracts, and what is promised is exactly what is delivered.
What really sets OnCare apart is the exceptional customer service. Whenever I need support, my account manager(Desiree) is always available and responds promptly to my calls and queries (and most of all, this service is free!!!).Knowing that help is there when needed gives us real confidence as a growing agency. Thank you OnCare for coming to our aid at such an important stage of our journey. We would highly recommend OnCare to any care provider looking for reliable, straightforward software backed by outstanding customer support.

OnCare is a user-friendly platform that…

OnCare is a user-friendly platform that is easy to navigate and implement within a care service. The system is reliable, and the support team provides speedy responses whenever issues arise, which is greatly appreciated.
The reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the platform would benefit from having real-time monthly audit reminders and a test-run environment where managers can trial new features, forms, or processes before implementing them live.
Overall, OnCare is a strong care management platform with excellent customer support, and I would recommend it to other care providers.

Care management system

I must confess that OnCare App is very user friendly, moreover, I have had a very good training on how to utilise the system by a lady called Dess, such a wonderful lady who took me through the system and taught me how to navigate through. I would recommend this to anyone to implement for their care company especially.

More than a year later...

I have used this for more than a year now, I have to be honest and say that the app is so simple that you cannot hate it. I have interacted with the account manager and made suggestions, although none have come through yet, at least someone listened to what I needed and stated that they would try. That's more than what I have received from other providers. My staff like to app, easy to use, easy to understand, easy to set up. No issues from here!!!

I’ve had a great experience with… Oncare

I’ve had a great experience with OnCare. The app is intuitive and easy to use, and the software runs smoothly without any issues. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the platform reliable and user-friendly.
What really stands out is the support team. Whenever I’ve reached out, the staff have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. It makes a big difference knowing that assistance is readily available when needed.
Overall, OnCare provides a seamless experience with excellent service to match. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for dependable and well-supported software.

Do not use!!! Avoid at ALL costs!!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
I have provided so much feedback via their “support centre” and receive nothing back. Your “Account manager” doesn’t bother responding either unless you start pushing them.
Oh and then you cannot cancel your subscription with them, so I’ve just had nearly £1500 taken today for a subscription I had confirmed was cancelled back in December via my account manager (because the support centre doesn’t respond neither for Max (director maybe? - who knows))
Currently raising it with my bank as OnCare just doesn’t communicate.

The platform doesn’t work as promised, I had to set up my own spreadsheets to invoice clients because there numbers never made sense and one little error (like the signal dropping out and checking in late) and your whole payroll for that month is out.

The whole system was useless - we’ve moved to a new platform now which is working fantastically.

DO NOT USE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

As uncomfortable as it is to receive, negative feedback like this helps us improve and better understand where expectations aren't being met.

In this instance, during the initial demo we clearly explained that our system is designed specifically for home and domiciliary care, and that your use case would be off-label. You decided to proceed anyway, and we provided a discount in recognition of the circumstances.

When you encountered difficulties using the platform, our team responded to all of your queries in a timely manner. Your dedicated support manager even shared his personal mobile number to ensure you had direct access to help.

You later informed us of your intent to cancel, and due to a human error on our side, the cancellation was not actioned in the system. This resulted in the annual renewal being drawn from your account on 28 March. The full amount was refunded the very same day once the oversight was identified. Our Director also reached out the same day on WhatsApp to personally apologise, to which you did not respond.

We're sorry that the overall experience fell short for you and that the platform didn't deliver the value you needed. We wish you all the best with your new system.

Absolutely brilliant company to work with, the platform is amazing and functional, Customer service is 5 stars, a real pleasure working with, will definitely be with them long term, after sales is brilliant also after care, I highly recommend, very flexible and exceptional good value.

We have been using On Care for a few…

We have been using On Care for a few years now and have found the system works well for us. It is relatively easy to use and gives us the information we need to run our business well.
We have had help from the tech team and Abdul in the past few months after we asked if they could make a slight adjustment to the invoicing section. They have been amazing and very efficient. Thank you guys, we really appreciate everything you have done.

Does More than i thought

Having support when needed has been amazing as having used oncare in the past for a previous company i didn`t know all the features it can do. Now i know it can be used for so much more and will be adding more features hopefully in the near future. Our main contact Abdul has been amazing and so patient and so friendly thanks again Abdul keep up the great work.

We have had a good over all experience…

We have had a good over all experience with oncare , It has cut out most of our paperwork. Managers have can track the staff , see live updates on our phones without being tied to the office or a computer.
