I bought a fleece as a gift. My partner loved the quality of the fleece and I loved the company the fact that when I buy a product it helps a homeless person.

My experience with OutsideIn has been great, I have ordered a fleece which I love and the quality is amazing. Their customer service was also really helpful when I had to make an exchange. Highly recommend!
I had a very quick response to my query and they fixed the issue.
Zipped ripped off fleece during first wash, was refused a replacement/refund, offered 30% store credit as "gesture of goodwill", absolutely no way I'll be spending any more money here.
Great ethos, and great quality fleeces which I’ve bought for multiple people who all loved them.
On one occasion I attempted to order a fleece for someone who lives in Switzerland, which got quite complicated and became a bit of an ordeal. But I think this was primarily caused by DHL (and Swiss import strictures); the Oi team were responsive and helpful, kindly liaised with DHL on my behalf, and made sure I wasn’t left out of pocket.
This was greatly appreciated since these days it feels as if most companies stop caring about you the second you give them your money at checkout.
I ordered a fleece which arrived in good time. The quality is good and I like the fleece but it’s too big. I ordered the same size the model was stated to be wearing as I’m a similar build (if anything a bit fatter than the model) however it’s massive on me.
I’ve emailed with no response for a week so I chased and still nothing. I reached out on social media and waited a few days for a response. Someone has asked for the order number but not seen the message of a few days ago now. Not impressed at all. I have a fleece that’s too big and no ones really coming back to me to sort it. It’s a shame because this companies ethos is great but their customer service is non existent. All I would say is size down if I were you they come massive
I ordered a lovely fleece but in the incorrect size, so I sent it back for an exchange but didn’t hear anything for weeks. I had to chase via social media channels in order to get a response. A replacement fleece then arrived, but it was too short in the body so again I sent it back, and asked for a refund. It’s now been almost 4 weeks and I still have not heard anything. It’s such a shame, as I really support the ethos of this company, and the quality of their products, but the customer service is very, very poor. I would really like a refund this side of Christmas.
A real shame I have left 2 stars as the product was great but was too small. Returning it was a hassle, and was in the end lost by Royal Mail, so no refund. I have claimed with Royal mail but they only pay out a max value which was half the value of the product.
You should be certain something will fit if you use this supplier as returning is at the mercy of the post and clearly they are very poor as you must post to an address as if sending a normal parcel.
Most clothing suppliers these days give you a hassle free return and I would expect any online business to do the same. Real shame. And I am now out of pocket, just because I wanted to return something.
I've bought a hat off their website which is really good quality.
Also, as it was the first order they offered free postage code which was delivered after I had placed the order so they refunded my postage very promptly.
Definitely recommend them for the hats and the services offered by them 👍🏻
The wear one share one model is great. Feels nice to buy gifts for Christmas for example and know that someone in need is also getting something meaningful. An easy way to give something back with zero effort and they sell great products too.
How can you fault these guys? Love their wear one share one approach to homelessness. Normally pick something up when I see a pop up shop but have also bought online. Everything arrived quickly and washes extremely well.
