A company in freefall it seems. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered from eBay last Monday 48 hour delivery but my parcel has been stuck at Hyde depot since Wednesday with no updates.
I have raised an email ticket, messages on Twitter and Facebook, tried ringing but phone line cuts off... The customer service is genuinely the worst I have ever seen!
I feel there is something going on behind the scenes and I do sympathise if that is the case but a quick glance on here and social media shows there are hundreds of mistreated and disrespected customers. Please sort it out Caribou!

Wish could leave 0 stars!! Had my partners parcel for 2 weeks now, been out for delivery several times amd now states it should have been delivered! Partner messaged them, they promised to look into it for him, ignored him then blocked him!!! They have since done same to me! Theifing the parcels i think! AVOID AT ALLLLL COSTS!!!!!

Bad service
Held my parcel for 8 days and only decided to deliver it when I started to ask questions as to to why this parcel had not been delivered,opened ticket and they cannot be bothered to contact me,my experience says do not use this service

Terrible, lied twice about not being home showing blurry pictures of who knows what supposedly documenting the attempt. Package did finally arrive with contents sticking out, perhaps checking out if package is worth stealing. Avoid using or any seller who uses the.

They held my order for 11 days, supposed to be delivered in two ! Absolutely useless ! My advice is do not use them.

It is 10 days since I ordered a small…
It is 10 days since I ordered a small item from Hayes in Mddx to be delivered to SE London. Tracking says Delivered but it has not been received. Caribou also raised a “ticket “ whatever that means but it produced no result. This is very poor service.

MY COMPANY SUFFERED BECAUSE OF CARIBOU
I have a company and did use caribou as my courier. Worst decision ever. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They may be cheap as chips but there is a reason why. I would say 50% of my parcels arrived to my customers within reasonable time. Almost half of them can take upto 2 weeks if not longer. Tracking shows item delivered but to many customers saying they had not received anything. Ive had at least 12 parcels delivered to the wrong addresses. This has had a big impact on my business with negative reviews. Trying to claim for loss parcel - forget it you are waisting your time. They must have 1 person in customer services who is probably on a break, on the toilet or even on holiday.
I used this company for 4-5 months and as it is now leading upto Christmas I have no option but to leave caribou and go back to my original courier.
I am not one for leaving reviews but I wouldn't want another company to go through what I have gone through, we have lost so much money and time over the months with lost and delayed parcels. Ive also lost one of my biggest customer because of caribou, hopefully they will return back to us now we are back with our original courier.
AVOID CARIBOU COURIER AT ALL COSTS.
