Waited in all day for a parcel which is already three days late arriving Looks like this is another crap delivery company that over promises and under delivers.
And what's with the overseas customer service telephone number?
Avoid like the plague.

Hi there,
We're sorry that you've experienced an issue with the delivery of your parcel.
Caribou is still delivering parcels, however it has made the decision to exit the UK Domestic Parcel Market.
All remaining parcels in the network will be delivered by the 5th unless the sellers ask for them to be returned.
Caribou is an independent company and had always strived to become a Premium Carrier but it always feels like there is a race to the bottom on pricing, whilst costs are increasing across the UK.
When handling parcels which is a low price and low margin area its made much harder. For Caribou this just isn't sustainable and it would rather gracefully exit the Domestic Parcel and let our competitors enjoy this space.
Caribou is not going bust and will continue with its other Divisions in the Pallet Networks, General Haulage, Logistics, Warehousing, Same Day and it's International Traffic
Thank you to everyone who has been supportive of the mission to build a new independent network and sorry its not meant to be.

Dreadful delivery service, non existent customer service.
By some distance the worst courier I've dealt with. They held my parcel for a full week in their depot. I tried calling them but there is a permanent message saying that due to a high volume of calls they were unable to answer mine. I raised a ticket with them and very quickly got an email saying my parcel was out for delivery. I was able to follow the tracker until the driver was nearby and then it suddenly said 'your order was unable to be delivered'. The tracker now says they attempted delivery but I was home all the time and they didnt come to my house. No matter how hard I tried they didn't respond. I called endless times but always got the same 'high volume of calls' message, even at 2 or 3 seconds after their offices opened at 9 am.
Not only appalling delivery service but non existent customer service. I'm amazed companies like this are still in business.

Awful service
The courier collection drivers were very good & polite, however once the parcels had left us they were being held at a delivery hub for over 7 days which resulted in complaints from customers on our various sales platforms.
For the 8p price difference we have decided it is better for our business to revert back to Royal Mail.
Would not recommend Caribou to any internet sales business that requires a delivery service of 2-3 days.
