Despite the polished YouTube videos, the experience has been unprofessional. It seems clients are sized up and then ignored without notice. I note that most of the other reviews on Trustpilot are from reviewers who have only ever done one review. Disappointing.

The service is extremely well organised and from arriving in Dubai to leaving with my residency complete, it only took around 4 hours of actual in-person time with his team and 10 days.
