Absolute junk, horrible chart, clunky and i cant find anything I need.
I just put 25 contracts in the wrong direction ro blow the account asap to get rid of it, it was worth £40 to end the pain

Worst platform ever
I have been using this platform for 10 days or so, it is definitely the worst platform I have ever seen.
I lost thousands of dollars trying to understand how to place orders, how to get out of a trade, how to place SL and Tps.
APEX, get rid of this S**** your customers deserve a decent platform, not an example of the worst possible platform ever

Horrible latency of order fills
Very user unfriendly, but one can learn over time where the important stuff is.
But what one can not get used to, is terrible latency of order fills. It takes like 2-3 seconds to fill an order, sometimes even longer. Awful. It didn't use to be like that. But lately, since like a month or two, horrible latency of order fills.

This is the worst platform
This is the worst platform, the windows and all the other crap is so hard to navigate, one mistake and your trying to figure out how to get your chart back, its slow, you can only add lines or anything to a single time frame, it does not transfer to the lower time frames, Wealth Charts is shit. The stupidest decision of my year to try out this platform... disastrous experience.
Completely crazy experience, its impossible to know how the platform works, blew my eval in less than 5 minutes due to not being able to close a trade.

Can't even login. Did not send me the welcome email with all the login credentials. Been billing me for many months and no one to call. Just stupid email responses and no one to take responsibility. Stay far away. Not recommended at all.

What a complete joke of a trading…
What a complete joke of a trading software. I would love to get my money back. Order fills are not realistic, price moves through my Target price and they are not filled. Stop are not always filled. This trade software is unrealistic, its absolutely horrible.

At that stage, we were still refining the platform and working through some early challenges with Apex. Unfortunately, we don’t have any records of you having contacted our support team regarding this issue.
Since your review from a year ago, WealthCharts has improved significantly. We’ve made major improvements to execution speed, stability, and overall performance, along with introducing new prop-focused tools like OmniProp, User Set Risk, and WealthTracker. These enhancements have helped shape a much stronger experience for today’s prop traders and even lead us to winning the 2025 Benzinga award for “Best Prop Trading Platform” back in November. Many prop traders today from Apex, Tradeify, and Funded Family Futures are enjoying better fills and less slippage than other platforms because of the improvements WealthCharts has made.

This platform is a complete joke
This platform is a complete joke, reminds me of some of the gamified forex scam platforms of 10 years ago. What I don’t understand is why APEX partners up with such a mediocre partner, I would assume the commercial terms for APEX will be much better than Rithmic or Tradovate (aka NinjaTrader) offer.. that’s the only explanation that makes sense. Bit shortsighted as the Apex guys will piss off a lot of happy customers but not my call..
Wealtchcharts is like the poor person’s knock off of TradingView… user interface is horrendous, absolutely non-intuitive and just frustrating, even for someone who has been using online trading platforms for over a decade.. they are overpopulating charts with highly questionable and scammy indicators geared at the novice, which in itself feels morally highly questionable..
Stay away from this platform, my advice ..

far away from Ninjatrader & co....
I just started trading with Wealthcharts via Apex... Free Trade Copier is the only positive thing so far. No Seconds or Tick charts is really crazy... Fix it, otherwise I need to switch to another platform...

Just HATE Wealth Charts although...
Got locked into Trade BULENOX buy and sell greyed out so couldn't close trade --cant go to brokers portfolio to close trade either with bulenox acct went to +3500 down to +1500 before I could finally close after opening and shutting platform 4 times and with support on phone--I told them to let me know what they found out of course they never called me back. Unfortunately I paid for a year so Im stuck with them--Today I tried to place trade Bnox again all set up properly --error trades placed only thru admin of course support call or on line couldn't help AT ALL--Stick wit NINJA Trader and save $1,000 per year (Would have been another $500 trade!!) Crappy Platform
one great feature they have live training and Q&A daily right on their platform
