The salesperson Carlo was outstanding
The salesperson Carlo was outstanding. He really listened to what I was after, provided me with considered advice and was helpful and patient while I made up my mind. Purchasing the products was easy and straight forward. He also followed up with me on other products I wanted to consider in the coming days and ordered as a result. A highly satisfactory experience aide by a very well informed salesperson. Highly recommended.

I had been looking at Tile Cloud tiles…
I had been looking at Tile Cloud tiles as I couldn’t find the style of splashback I wanted anywhere, but the shipping cost was really high. I found the same tiles at WD Tiles and they were cheaper and I didn’t have to pay shipping. I also had to buy more and was able to click and collect them before the tiler came back around

Happy with product and service prior to delivery. You need to be more upfront about how these are delivered, my wife had to carry 63 32kg boxes of tiles to the back of our house even though access is very easy she was told by the delivery guy he couldn't assist taking them through. He didn't have the equipment needed to make this task any easier ie pallet jack. Having had tiles from others delivered before this was never a problem. Very disappointed in this part of the service seeing my wife did all the work as well as paying for it.
