Charges were made on my credit card…
Charges were made on my credit card that I did not authorize. I never wanted product nor have I received products to warrant two charges. One 161.10 and another for 79.92. Called and was told they would refund one charge but not the other. SCAM SCAM How can they charge that kind of money for something that never ordered or wanted.

I did not receive my complete order. 2 weeks later I was being charged for more orders without my request, I feel like I was scammed because of so many charges.

Stephanie was nice, she said that my subscription would be cancelled and I would receive a refund - as of this writing 7/11/23 the charges are still on my card statement.
This charges need to be removed immediately - I DID NOT authorize WaypointMD to charge my account.
